Whoa!

The sign reads, Whoa! 10MPH.

I am using this photo as a reminder for what I need to do after a big Thanksgiving meal. Despite my best intentions I overate yesterday and need to slowdown today and the rest of the week.

The sign was found at the equestrian center on the Island. So Whoa! is appropriate.

Seabrook is full of activities including an equestrian center, a tennis center, fitness center, a community garden, multiple swimming pools, and an outstanding beach. In addition Seabrook is a golfers paradise.

The equestrian center website says they offer beach rides, boarding, and lessons. The website also introduces the horses who include Fred, Leo, Fancy, and many others.
