Whoa!

The sign reads, Whoa! 10MPH.

I am using this photo as a reminder for what I need to do after a big Thanksgiving meal. Despite my best intentions I overate yesterday and need to slowdown today and the rest of the week.

The sign was found at the equestrian center on the Island. So Whoa! is appropriate.

Today’s photo shows one small part of the beach club on the island. It is interesting that just outside the club you have more sand and you are closer to the waves. But what you get with the club is the bar (smile).

Also, you get two swimming pools, two restaurants, massage service, and towel service.
