It is the first of the month and the City Daily Photo community theme is “comfort food”. Today’s photo shows pumpkin pies we made for Thanksgiving and they are not only good but when I eat pumpkin pie I remember my youth. I remember Thanksgiving meals at my grandma’s house with the extended family. I remember love.
